Got in touch with White Rock Property Care in regard to damp on two walls in my property, the surveyor quickly established the problem, provided a full report to rectify the issue and breakdown of costs. After giving the go ahead the team turned up on time, protected the rooms needed and resolved the issue finishing it to a high standard. Respectful, well mannered company and will look at using again in the future.

We had new house gutters at the back of the house, work on the drains, a new watertight roof for the garage and some repair building work on our driveway wall. All done with expertise and to our entire satisfaction. We were given detailed written estimates, given a start date (the workmen actually arrived a few days early!) and kept informed by phone from the company office. A surveyor checked all the work. The workmen tidied up really well after their work and repairs. Delighted to recommend this company.

Excellent company! We found White Rock to be thoroughly professional. They identified exactly what needed doing but also advised us on what wasn't required! Having given them the go ahead the job was done exactly as they said and at the time agreed. All personnel who attended were really nice, polite and very pleasant. Everything was done with the minimum of disruption and fuss whilst any mess was also kept to a minimum whilst they cleared up after themselves both each night before leaving and at the end of the job. I would have no hesitation in using them next time or recommending them to others.

Overall, White Rock provided a satisfactory service. I was impressed with the amount of detail in the report which was provided after the initial surveyors visit. The leaking radiator took several visits to fix, which could have been slightly more efficient, however, the rest of the team, including Rob (the joiner) were tremendous. I was really happy with how the team acted while on my property. My neighbours were having work carried out on their house at the same time & their house was always untidy, dusty, full of rubbish & rubble etc.. the White Rock team always ensured my house was clean & tidy before they left every day. I have already recommended White Rock to Friends.

I had been experiencing problems in my kitchen & outer wall. I was let down by builders saying they would come but they didn't. White Rock started on the date that they promised. Front/Rear Bedroom walls installed with Delta Membrane Systems, insulated plaster boards, skim finish to walls, replaced skirting boards and coving in both rooms. From initial phone request, this firm were very professional, everything was explained to us from the survey to the finished work was backed up by an itemised estimate of the works. They started and completed the work as stated, they also cleaned up every day they were here. The crew were very polite, the girls were very helpful in the office when I asked questions which is refreshing these days. We would not hesitate to recommend this firm and will use them again.

Stripped, re-rendered and damp proofed an external house wall and re-plastered the corresponding internal wall. Very professional company kept us informed at all stages on cost and progress. Kept to all of their commitments on cost and dates. Couldn't fault them at all , completed on time and on budget. All work was to a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to other property owners.

When they first came they were efficient and gave us an estimate which was very clear about what was needed. As they worked they picked up other problems which needed to be done and explained everything to us. Little problems were sorted out fairly quickly. The coordinator was excellent and dealt with our concerns very patiently, quite often sorting things that other workmen should have done, e.g. carpentry. The place was always left tidy at the end of the day. All rubble was removed each day. We employed an independent painter and decorator to sand down surfaces and tidy seals on windows and generally finish off afterwards as that was not in the contract. One rather nice touch was that when the coordinator climbed up to check the roof he found a nest full of baby birds. He refused to do any work until they had flown!
