The company gave us a costed schedule of works. The suggested work was sensible and understandable. The time from the initial assessment to starting works was of a reasonable length. They started on time and stuck to the schedule. The company kept in touch as the work went on. They were available to answer any queries. We paid the majority of the cost after certain landmarks were met and paid the remainder at the end. The men on site were polite and stuck to their tasks. The completed work was of a good quality. They tidied up and made good as needed. I would use White Rock again and recommend them to family and friends.
