The surveyor came and was able to highlight the causes of the issues we had. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He has provided us with a detailed plan of the works that needs to be carried out whilst offering advice about insurance guarantees we had for the cavity wall insulation that was installed and shouldn't have been. Excellent service all round.
