I discovered a serious issue in the ground floor of our house which required specialist attention to remedy. I used WHITE ROCK PROPERTY CARE based on their reputation and online reviews, and their Property Care Association accreditation. I was not disappointed: following a professional survey, the major works required were completed on schedule and as per the original estimates. The technicians turned up exactly when stated and the work was completed within agreed timetables. All work was overseen by a foreman who attended on a regular basis. At the end of each day the site was left clean and tidy with all debris carefully removed. The restorative work (carpentry, plasterwork etc) was carried out to an outstanding standard, and I am very pleased with the end results. This work was not cheap, but I stated from the off that I wanted a quality job, and that's exactly what I got. I recommend this Company with confidence.

Fantastic service and communication from Ed and the men at Whiterock Property Care. Even when things conspired to go wrong they sorted it. The were very efficient and very clean. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them.

White Rock have just completed the works on my house. I had quite a problem with damp, especially across the front of the house. Two of their surveyors came initially to see what needed doing. So I knew from the start what was going to be done and how much it was going to cost. They lined internal walls with a membrane, replastered etc. The outside has been re rendered. Installed a sump in the cellar with a battery backup. All done to a very high standard. The project manager called in frequently to check how everything was going. The guys that were working here were friendly, polite and very professional. At the end of the job they cleared up and left everything tidy. Next time I need any work done I'll be contacting White Rock. I would highly recommend them.
